Nestled amidst the bustling energy of Mannadi, The Paddock offers a sanctuary of serenity for its resident, Mr. Rahman. Designed by Buildcube Architects, this two-story residence is a testament to modern living that embraces both comfort and openness.

The story of The Paddock begins with Mr.Rahman's desire for a home that reflects his love and his appreciation for clean lines and ample space. Buildcube Architects envisioned a design that would capture the essence of a personal oasis, a place where Mr. Dhinchak could unwind after a long day and connect with the beauty of the outdoors.

We architects cleverly incorporated the concept of "soft rectangles" throughout the design. This is elevation & planning of space, where the living space, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly into each other, creating a sense of spaciousness and openness. Large windows bathe the interior in natural light, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors and echoing the soft rectangular shapes that define the home's character.

The dining area, conveniently located next to the kitchen, fosters a sense of community and togetherness.
